2.Washing
📍We DO NOT clean Bed Topper, Mattress Cover, Mattress, Pillow, Curtain, Carpet, Rubber Mat and every types of Shoes.

MORE ABOUT OUR SERVICE
▶️Laundry Separation:
Our standard for washing process – light and dark color will be washed separately each loads. (Your white clothing will be washed together with the light color clothing.) However, customers who prefer to separate your clothes for washing more than 2 kind of colors or separate more than 2 loads washing such as 1) Light color 2) Dark color 3) White color, the extra charge +50THB/Load will be applied automatically to your billing for the 3rd load onward.
Customer can inform us about your laundry separation details by filling your special request into “Special request” field in the order form.
▶️Pickup & Delivery Service Fee:
Standard price for Pickup and Delivery service charge start at 100 baht (inside service area ONLY!!) and may be added more for distant or hard to service addresses.
We serve customers who stay inside our service area ONLY. Kindly check our map before make the online order that your place is in our service area. We also prepare the short listing of the hotel / place where are inside our service area for you.
▶️Pickup Schedule:
Customer can book the pickup schedule through our website only.
Pickup cut off time at 2:00PM for standard service and cut off time at 11:00AM for same day service.
For cancelation your pickup schedule, please inform our team by email at least 2 hours in advance before your your pick up time that you booked with us.
📣 Pickup schedule maybe UNAVAILABLE in some day, if schedules are FULLY BOOKED!!
▶️Delivery Schedule:
✔ Delivery next business day before NOON: For For wash-dry-fold (Standard service). [Extra charge 50% will be applied for customers who schedule pickup time between NOON-3:00pm]
✔ Delivery next business day before 7:00pm: For wash-dry-fold (Standard service).
✔ Delivery same day before 11:00pm: For wash-dry-fold (Same day service).
✔ Delivery next 3 days before 7:00pm: For service per piece will take 3 days for operating. So delivery date will be in the next 3 days before 7:00pm. (If you have selected “Wash-Dry-Fold” service together with service per piece, we will deliver these orders together with service per piece in the same time.)
